1.1 Customers may cancel their order at any time before the items have been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
1.2 To request a cancellation, please log in to your account and submit a cancellation request for the relevant order. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email, and any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2.1 If you wish to return a product, please log in to your account and initiate a return request, clearly stating your reason for return. Return requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the product.
2.2 Our team will arrange for the collection of the product from your address. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and free from any damage, scratches, or marks. The packaging must also be intact and undamaged.
2.3 Upon collection, our representative will inspect the product and its packaging. If the product or packaging is found to be damaged or used, the return may be declined.
2.4 Once the returned product passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping or delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
3.1 In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, you may request an exchange by logging into your account and submitting an exchange request within 1 business day of delivery. Please specify the issue and, if possible, upload a photo of the product or packaging.
3.2 There are no additional shipping charges for exchanges due to incorrect or defective products.
3.3 To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Our representative will inspect the item at the time of pickup and may refuse the exchange if the product or packaging is not in acceptable condition.

4.2 Products that have been used, installed, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
